Hi there, I’m Nicole and I’m a freelance logo and graphic designer based in Cardiff, UK
I’m passionate about all things design and creativity and always have been since I was a toddler. Yep, I was that kid who drew on the walls and the furniture!
I’m Cardiff born and Cheshire bred (slightly northern accent with the odd Welsh twang!) but I made Cardiff my home and now run my business from a leafy burb just outside the city centre.
I specialise in logo design but I am experienced in all forms of creative including building visual identities, campaigns, presentations and contributing ideas to projects (big or small) within design and website teams.
I’m also skilled in packaging, pattern design, web development, marketing and promotional literature. I love coming up with fun ideas for content creation and engaging audiences and I have an appreciation for puns and making people laugh!
If you’d like to discuss a project with me over a cuppa, please get in touch. I’d love to hear from you.
Some things you may not know about me
I’m a crochet addict and I love making Nintendo characters using the technique called amigurumi. I have also recently started teaching it too.
I had an allotment for 10 years which I blogged about under the name, The Dig Issue. I now have a kitchen garden which is usually overrun by strawberries and mange tout every summer.
I’m Cardiff born and Cheshire bred… but Cardiff is my home and I’ve been living in this city for over 29 years. Don’t ask me who I support in the rugby though – it’s complicated!
I’ve been learning French on Duolingo for the past 4 years. I’ve also tried to learn Welsh and Spanish but haven’t conquered them… yet!
